For new prescriptions, we can receive the order by electronic chart (e-script), fax, phone, or standard paper. If the doctor sends your new prescriptions electronically, please be sure we are noted on your physician’s chart as your pharmacy of record.
For refills, you can communicate your needs through our mobile app, online refills or automated phone system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you prescriptions are located at another pharmacy, we can easily transfer the information for you.
After we complete your prescriptions, we can notify you by text or email that your order is ready for pick-up or scheduled for delivery.
